Product is back ordered. It is supposed to ship on 12/28/09. My past experience is that is the earliest it might ship. Often it is as much as two weeks after the date specified. IF so, it is the last time I will order something that is not in stock from Musician's Friend.

The customer service people are the greatest!! However, I received the wrong Karaoke Package in the first shippment. Customer service kindly arranged for return and ordering a second package. Unfortunately, when the second package arrived it was the same as the first unit. Not what was ordered. The Karaoke Package was to include wireless mics, CD demo, and Carrying Case. The mics were not wireless, there was no CD demo or carrying case with either shippment. I just decided to keep the second unit and not return it. It was for Christmas and not enough time to process a third order. I wish all Customer Service people were as kind, helpful and efficient as those I dealt with. However, two mistakes in shipping product is unacceptable. What is shown and described on online doesn't match what is in the box when it arrives. Someone needs to check stock numbers.

Musician's Friend usually has needed items, but quite often reeds and some accessories have to be back ordered due to items being out of stock. This was the case on two items with this order. It becomes a little irritating since both items are common items needed and used by many musicians.
