I have purchased many electronic items from Newegg.com  for about 3 years. I have never had any problem so far. However, this time I bought a cheap audio cable from newegg, and I kept hearing some bad low sound from my speaker after I plugged it. I contacted Newegg and told about my situation. Amazingly Newegg just gave me a refund without any problema and said to keep the cable. So I did not need to return the bad cable either. This was my first time to try to return item at Newegg, and the customer service was just as amazing as I have heard. They might lose some money because of their incredible customer service, but they know the customer is more important than anything because they will come back to shop at Newegg again!!Newegg Rocks!! Even if some items are a bit more expensive than other sites, you have to buy from Newegg due to amazing customer service!

Finding the item on the internet was easy. The forms were simple to follow and complete. Once the order was submitted I began to recieve notices of the transaction process, including a tracking number and the steps of the process. The tracking notice gave the date the package would arrive, but it actually arrived a day ahead of schedule, in good condition. I am very satisfied.

The site was beautifully laid out...made shopping easy. The product was in stock and was shipped immediately, although no request for speedy shipping was made, it arrived surprisingly fast. Good prices...would definitely shop there again.

I purchased an ac/heater last summer. Cost over $500 and when I received it I emailed them to tell them this had to be a returned item as it had markings of wear and tear ( banged up and scratched) and it wasn't working properly . I never got a reply from them. Never even received a how to return !

I was totally ignored. Well first summer it worked ok -that was it one summers use. Can you imagine paying over $500.00 for 2 months of poor air conditioning?

Heater? Doesn't work at all.  Is anyone aware that when you go into the newegg site to write a review it automatically comes up "excellent"? Shows you they know they are not reputable at all !
So don't go by the ratings you see-that was my biggest mistake.

Customer Service? There isn't any-plain english.

Newegg sucks big time ! Buy elsewhere or beware ! You were forewarned.

Ordered Canon EOS rebel T1i on 09/28/09 and recieved on 09/29/09. I opted for standard shipping only it was shipped from NJ to CT. Although its nearby but still was impressed with the service.

You can't go wrong with Newegg.  They have an unbelievable selection of computer products at great prices.  Great customer reviews from people that know what they're talking about.  They ship your order out almost immediately.  And I just noticed on my last order that they upgraded the shipping method to air for one of the items I ordered so it would arrive on the same day that the rest of my order did (some was coming from CA and some from NJ).  Pretty good service if you ask me!

Ordered two new Motorola H710 Bluetooth Headsets and received them.  One was factory original and works just fine.  The other was broken and clearly used by someone else since it had scratches on it and the battery was partially charged already.  Returned the defective one for a replacement.  Received another used one but this one had scratches on the button and was dirty with oil, gunk, and ear wax on it.  Very disgusting.  It had a photo copied instruction booklet in black & white instead of Blue like the factory original.  It came from the RMA Warehouse address and not the Sales warehouse also so it was just resold as new.

Opened a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company because of their practice of selling broken or used products as new.

Their policy stated that a signature would be required for delivery in case of shipping damage. The package was left with no signature, and the box was very damaged. Fortunately, the product itself was not damaged. Otherwise I am very satisfied.
