overall i'm very pleased. i live in a foriegn country and have aleays recieved my vitamins quickly and if in backorder I was told immdiately. i basically buy all my vitamins at VitaminLife eventhough I can buy then here in Denmark... because I save mony and get really good vitamins and there is a huge selection.

Someone needs to let UPS know that the package was not delivered on 23 November as stated on their tracking site but on 3 December. The info makes UPS look good, but it's a lie. Also they leave the package at door and ring bell but have driven half a block away from your home by the time you walk 45 feet to your front door. I am not a fan of UPS with their no signature zones. I should have ordered sooner as my wife went without for almost a week.

Lots of variety, but inconsistent with having product ingredient labels for the products I browsed while shopping. All products were received in good condition except for the Green Kamut (in glass jar), which had been broken during shipment. It appeared that the items were tightly packed in the box, and if the box was roughly handled by shippers, the lack of room around the glass jar couldn't take the pressure of handling. I was slightly disappointed that customer service didn't offer to ship the replacement via a quicker method. I would have paid a little extra to get the product quicker and make up for the intitial wait time plus the replacement time.

I live in Australia, and am able to get products cheaper from vitaminlife even when exchange rates and shipping are factored in, also the range far exceeds what is available locally, I have no hesitation recommending vitaminlife. I have made 3 orders with VitaminLife and received the products in good condition and within a week, which is very good. I am very happy with Mychelle products which are very effective, and reasonably priced. However, my most recent delivery contained an extra face cream in place of a serum treatment that was out of stock. I would rather receive the correct product at a later date, than a replacement item of the same value along with the original order. I always give plenty of time to receive the order, so I would prefer the correct products over speedy delivery,

My only problem is that there always is some delay in getting all of the items I order. As a result of that, I try to order long before I need, but sometimes I forget or the delay is much longer than anticipated. The last part of my 10/16/09 order arrived on 10/23/09.

Very easy and quick experience with one minor issue. Not all products on their site have important information on what they do or ingredients they contain. Some products have limited information. Other than that, I would recommend Vitamin Life for their service, prices, and what they do offer.

Too many unexpected delays. Protein arrived in a large clear plastic bad. I was not informed that it was going to arrive in a bag and am not pleased becasue on the website were I bought it, a container with lid was shown. I am VERY disappointing with the whole process and my product.

Vitamin Life has a website that is very easy to navigate and shop with. I especially like the section where I can find previously purchased items. That makes the next order very simple.
