Received the inkjet refills and installed them. The computer didn't recognize the refills immediately, but did after a while. Doing a restart on the computer and powering down the printer may have jolted it into action. I got in touch with the vendor after the first round of trouble, to inquire about getting another set of refills, then the printer suddenly sprang to life, so all was well.

The items ordered were delivered as promised. However, the box containing the items was wet as were some of the ink cartridge boxes. Since the cartridges were sealed in a plastic envelope they were not damaged. I know the fault belongs to the USPS for this shipment problem but I thought you should be made aware of their careless handling of your shipment.

I purchased ink for my Kodak ESP3 printer. I thought I was getting Kodak ink, but I got a generic name brand ink. I put them in my printer and they fit. I printed in black and it works. I printed in color and it didn't work the way I would have liked. It gave me line streaks through my picture and used all the ink in the cartridge. When I went to print another picture, it only printed the blue from my cartridge. I was a little disappointed. I would have to say I would buy black ink because it works and the price is great. I don't think I will buy color ink here again. I definitely like the price, and even for generic it works just like the name brand. Thank you.
