I have just received my new Nikon Coolpix 4300 digital camera. The camera arrived on time and included everything I ordered. The salesman was very helpful in selecting a different memory card to replace the one I was going to order. The card he recommended was a faster card and was priced less than the out of stock card. I will shop Photocraft for all my camera needs.

Read tons of positive reviews and decided to try them out. Called the store to double check they had the camera in stock- was told they did. Ordered the new Optio s4i online at a price $20-$60 less than the majority of other online dealers (allowed me to order 2 day air delivery at only $20 for across the country to California). Received confirmation when I placed my order and again when the order was processed. It even included a direct tracking link to UPS!! My camera was in my hands in 2 days. These guys are the best. I ordered a D70 about one and a half months ago. A preorder on a camera that Nikon had not even released yet. I changed my order from this lens to that lens to no lens to a bag and then software. These guys always remained professional. Saam and Eldar are their names. When Nikon finally released the D70 and ephotocraft received it; two days later I received it packed to perfection. Ephotocraft is the greatest. I was calling them constantly asking questions and changing my order but when all was said and done they got it right. I would definitely order from them again. Top rate store!

I was in the market for a Canon 10D and a couple of premium lenses. Several of my 'normal' contacts wanted obscene mark-ups, or were only selling grey market equipment. I eventually contacted ePhotocraft. They were very good about the entire transaction. One lens was out of stock, but they were able to order and get it in for me. They kept me aprised of the status of my order and delivered with no hidden costs.

There was a minor hiccup with the body (the battery door was broken), but they spotted this before it was shipped out. I appreciate that they took the time to check this. Shipment was delayed by a few days, but it was better than getting a broken unit. I just wish they had done it when I placed the order (versus waiting until it was due to ship).

Tiny quibbles aside, they have been very good to deal with

This merchant needs to be careful when suggesting accessories on their website. They recommended a kit containing a 58 millimeter filter as an accessory for a 52 mm lens. A consumer less savvy and investigative than I might take this suggestion and become angry upon receiving the wrong size filter.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience with this on-line store. Prices for cameras and lenses are in the mid range and customer service is excellent.
I put my order on-line and got instant e-mail confirmation.
Next day I called to check on a shipping status. The person on a phone was very courteous and helpful. The camera was shipped the same day by UPS with e-mail confirmation and tracking #.

I was very impressed with how professional ePhotoCraft was in getting the merchandise I had ordered out quickly. The camera I purchased was on back order at many other places that I checked out before checking out ePhotoCraft. They had the camera in stock and it was sent out the day after they received my order. I received an email confirmation of my order plus the tracking number of the package and an expected delivery date. I tracked the order a couple of times and it was right on schedule with the camera being delivered the very day they said it would be. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. On a Friday evening I ordered a Nikon N75 camera body online as a Christmas present for my oldest son in the service. I received a prompt order confirmation from Photocraft as well as a phone call from one of their representatives informing me this was a camera body only (no strap, lense, or batteries). Although I was under no pressure at all, he askes if I wanted to buy a Nikon N75 kit including strap, 2-year extended warranty, batteries, and one roll of film for $19.95 - which I did. Note: In selling a Nikon extended warranty, they need to advise the buyer of Nikons terms with regard to promptly submitting the registration card and which paperwork to hold on to. I Emailed Nikon to make sure my registration would be effective in my son's name and that they would receive it in 14 days rather than 10. Photocrafts service was exceptionally good as was their website. I would definitely order from them again.

I contacted Ephotocraft based on the opinions I read on the Dealtime website in addition to their prices. I had a few questions concerning the camera (Nikon N75) and the lens (Tamron XR 28-300mm) which they(Eldar)answered by email. They were very prompted in their replies. I ordered the camera, lens and few accessories over the phone because they discounted me on a few items based on our email conversations. I place the order on Monday afternoon and it was delivered by UPS the next day. Granted, I live in the next state, but they had the order to UPS within 2 hours after I made the purchase. Everything was brand new merchandise and I will stop in their store the next time I'm in Burke Virginia.
