This company should only be used as an absolute last resort. Here's what happened to me: I needed a fairly rare textbook on Corporate Finance. It was only "available" on ecampus, or for a much higher price through my school's book store. I opted for ecampus to save about $30. After payment, I received a package in the mail in a reasonable amount of time, but the book they sent was about the Roman Empire, not Corporate Finance. The ISBN's were not even close, nor the subject matter. I returned the book (picking up the $8 tab for postage myself) but it took an extremely long time to get my money back, and there was no provision for refunding the postage.
But here's the kicker: The same book I needed was later advertised on ecampus for a much higher price. I believe that ecampus intentionally sent me a useless book because they advertised the wrong price on their website and discovered it with my order. Rather than update their website prices and sell me the book as advertised, they sent me a completely useless book, wasted my time, kept my money for a long time, and got away with false advertising.
Do not use ecampus. There is a very good chance you will be sorry.
