I use eBags A LOT! I've bought several bags, luggage, and packing and travel accessories through eBags many times.

Selection: They have a great selection. Some of the lines they carry are not available anywhere in my area. They have a great selection of colors, too, that might not be available at local retail stores. eBags also has a feature to notify you if they have new products available in the product or brand you prefer.

Sales: They have frequent sales, and I receive regular notices for extra percentages off of items or brands I've viewed. They also frequently have free shipping specials. If I find something locally, I can check eBags for reviews and pricing before I purchase it. And eBags usually has a better sale, even with shipping and handling added.

Item description and view: They have detailed item descriptions, including measurements. One of my favorite feature of their site is the fact that I can view several photos of an item from several angles. You can view the inside of a bag, the wheels on luggage, etc. And you can view it in various colors, not just look at a swatch.

Customer Reviews: I use this feature a LOT if I'm thinking of buying a piece of luggage or any packing or travel accessories. I think I've made some wise purchases and also saved some money by doing this.

Online Purchasing: Haven't had a problem with eBags yet. There are no hidden charges that will show up on your credit card later. My purchases have arrived promptly without excessive shipping and handling fees.

Misc: I get airlines miles if I link to eBags through my airline rewards site. This is a big plus for me. I usually save money buying something on sale, and get air miles at the same time.
