E-bags was my first experience as an online shopper. I was happy with the price and the service. My second time, I ordered a computer case and sadly, it was defetive. As soon as I could I called customer service and they said they would gladly refund my purchase (including shipping), send my a return label to return the item. I explained the customer service rep. that i wanted another com,puter case but I needed it as soon as possible for an upcoming trip. So I placed my new order and payed regular shipping for the express one. They even refunded the amount of my purchase in less than a week!! here is the bad part: the shipping lable to return my item took more than a month to arrive! I have to say that ebags is still my first option, they try really hard, and their service is good. However, when things go wrong, it can be a little bit frustrating.
