I have bought 8 different luggage items from eBags.com over the last 14 months and the service has been very good. The one time they made a mistake (which was in my favor) they handled it smoothly. The mistake was sending me two Dakon backpacks, when I only ordered, and was only charged for, one. I emailed them about the duplicate backpack and they offered to ship it back at their expense, or I could keep it for what it would cost them to ship it back. I, of course, elected to keep it as I have a son who could also use a backpack like it.
My most recent purchase, in July 2007, was for a rolling laptop bag. It was delivered a day ahead of when promised, which was only 3 days after I ordered it. It was priced at or below the competition and arrived it great shape.
Their selection of suitcases is also excellent, and we have bought some of those also.
My wife has ordered some really nice looking handbags and purses from them, and they too were priced well and delivered on or before the expected delivery date.
I will continue to buy from them whenever I need cases, backpacks, handbags and suitcases/luggage.
