Terrible customer service! Item was back ordered and when I received it, item was thrown in a box with no bubble wrap, etc to protect it. They were little wooden boats that should have been wrapped. When I received it, one of the items was broken. I   Read full review...

I love the store. It is a little pricey but I love everything in the catalog. The only complaint I have is that it takes so long to get the package. The last order took 8 days. Pottery Barn Kids and Gap Kids I usually get in 3-4 days.

The web site falls short. No way to take a closer look. No zoom or alternate views. Not a lot of information. No reviews. No indication when sizes run small. When I e-mailed with a question about an item, I got no reply and it has been a week. The sizing is poor...it took a 5/6 to fit my two year old son. The 5/6 is a 3, maybe a 3/4. The products are unique, though, so I deal with the shortcomings.

The experience overall was fairly good. I received an e-mail confirmation of my order. I did not receive any confirmation that the order had shipped, however. I was able to tell that it had been shipped based on the credit card charge. It would have been more helpful if I had received an e-mail telling me when it shipped and when I could be expecting delivery (approximately).

The clothes are adorable and I am pleased to have ordered them, but the company is not as agile as most online retailers...there is no feature to save your shopping cart, in fact I lost the whole thing twice and one of those times was right as I was trying to pay. If I had not written down the order numbers I might have given up and not placed the order at all. Also, there was no contact from the company with any sort of shipping information. The product arrived to me with no trouble, but I have come to expect a shipping notification with a tracking number and none was provided.
