The one picture shown wasn't enough to really judge the color and detailing of the dress. It ended up not being what we were really looking for. We will be returning the dress because of that. Multiple pictures, a zoom option and detail shots would have been very helpful.

An item I wanted said due to personalization it would take up to 2 weeks to get. I told the Customer Service Rep. Dena that's too bad my daughter is having a pajama party at school and that would have been a cute item to wear. She listened to me then asked me to hold a moment and came back and said no problem she could have the item ready in a day and I had it overnight mailed. My daughter was the hit of the pj party thanks to a Customer Service Rep. (Dena) who not only listened but acted and went that extra mile to make a customer beyond happy. She could have said yes that is to bad took my order and hung up but she went above and beyond and solved my problem. Now that is what I call customer service and will keep me coming back as a loyal customer. Not to mention the quality is fantastic each and everytime I shop through Chasing Fireflies--love it!!

I tracked my package and noticed it sat in WA for 6 days and did not move. Maybe it was a UPS mistake. I notice it was shipped on time from Chasing Fireflies, however it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I use UPS all the time and have never had a problem like this before. However the items I brought were worth the wait.

Although I returned several things (care code was inaccurate on one and just didn't like the others after seeing them in person), I was happy with what I kept. I have shopped with chasing fireflies in the past and will do so again. I would suggest that they improve their invoice to include a separate section for returns. I had to send back the entire page and have no copy now for my records/ credit card statement.

the service was wonderful. The tracking of the merchandise was non-existent. I was unable to track the UPS from your site. There were no numbers to enable tracking.

When I placed my order, I was told that the shorts were in stock and would ship in a few days and that the shirt I was ordering was backordered until the end of the month. The next day I received a phone message that they were sorry but that the shorts were on back order also. That was the 1st of May and now its the 29th and I still haven't heard anything.

My experience with shopping at Chasing Fireflies was absolutely delightful. Once I had a concern about my grand daughter getting her gift on time. Customer Service treated me so kindly and promised that the item would arrive on time. Another time I ordered Butterfly Kisses In A Bottle and the gift came delightfully packaged with happy polka dot wrap. Chasing Fireflies has rare and unique items that a person wanting whismical things could not find somewhere else. I am more than just satisfied with Chasing Fireflies. I applaude their adoreable items and professional excellence.

I was disappointed in the sizing of the tee shirts ordered. A girls size 8 was cut smaller than a boys size 6? However, Chasing Fireflies was very willing to allow me to exchange them and size up. I have since placed another order for shorts and 2 sweaters I hope these are sized correctly.

I bought two kids costumes for my kids. They arrived on time, but the girl Wonder Woman costume had red dye from the costume (I think) all over the boots and other areas that were white. I needed for the next day and she's five so we used it, but I would have sent it back if I had not been in such a rush. I expected better quality for the price.

I was thrilled with the product choice and they did a good job of keeping me notifyied via email of backordered products. The backordered products came in early, which was a nice surprise. The wrapping paper and sticker around the products was a nice touch.
