By far, the best site on the internet. Zappos always expediates my order at no extra cost. When I do contact customer service by phone it actually is a pleasant experience. Kudos to their human resource department for hiring such sweethearts. Great job Zappos - keep up the good work.

I have had a very good shopping experience, but I still cannot find any boots to fit. The one style that advertises that it carries wide, is not a wide boot. I don't understand why no shoe manufacturer makes winter boots for those of us with wide feet or that need special lifts put on our shoes. I must have a flat boot so that I can have a lift put on my shoe. I'll still keep trying to find some boots, but mens boots don't fit either.

One pair of jeans I ordered was delivered the very next day-less than 24 hours. The other order was pants of the same brand and they were delivered a few days later. I do wish they would include a prepaid return label in the original package. and it

Shopping at Zappos is terrific. Shoes come quickly. Free returns is essential ... with shoes in particular, it's just to hard to know how they'll fit without trying them on, so I would not shop here without that feature!

Zappos.com is a great resource for browsing shoes and ha an excellent return policy. However, I would like to see the searches have more detail so as to narrow down my search and I would prefer it if Zappos.com offered more in stock shoes as several times I have tried to purchase shoes but they haven't had my size.

I have ordered from Zappos.com before, and am always astounded by the swiftness with which my order arrives. This time, however, the box looked as if it had been kicked from the shipping point to my house; the carton was falling apart. I understand the desire to keep costs down, but cartons, especially those that could be used to be sent back, should arrive in usable condition.

absolutely amazing! my boots came much faster than i expected. unfortunately they didn't fit, but when i called zappos.com customer service they were so helpful! they took extra time in assisting me with finding another boot in an appropriate size. and they even sent the second pair next day before i had a chance to return the ones that didn't fit! truely the most amazing cutomer service i have ever dealt with! not to mention the fact that they offer a fantastic selection of everything and i LOVE my new boots. well done zappos.com, you'll have me as a return customer forever.

Unfortunately the shoes I chose did not fit my feet properly. However, Zappos gave me the return shipping label online and I could return the shoes immediately at their expense. After two tries, I believe I understand how to judge which shoes are better for me and my feet and I have an order on the way. Zappos has a great list of products available and they are eager to help any way they can for you to get the product you want or need. I am very pleased and will continue to shop with Zappos.
