web provided good service and was understandable--had hoped to get blinds faster but we were advised quickly of ship date and it was met. Had one valance that was damaged during packing and we sent e-mail to your customer care group and they sent us a replacement in a matter of days. overall satisfaction is excellent from us.

What a great experience! The measuring instructions made me confident I was doing it right, filling out the order form was foolproof (lots of encouraging instructions) and the product was perfect. Each carton had corner reinforcement inside and out, the blinds were labeled for each window and packed gently in foam. I put off installing them because I dreaded the process but it was literally 10 minutes per blind -- drill four holes and snap in the blind and valance. They are crisp and perfectly fit and immaculate. I literally have never been more satisfied with an online shopping experience.

I was very pleased with the entire process from order entry to the delivery at our door.
Our blinds arrived much sooner that the 3 weeks we initially thought. Our Blinds were well packaged and there was no damage during shipment. We did have a few issues (missing clips & discolored valance) but they were corrected- resolved and new parts were delivered within 5 business days. Yourblinds.com has provided excellent customer service during our entire process from start to finish. We will purchase again! Ordering on YourBlinds.com is extremely simple. First, I read descriptions of the products (wooden blinds), which helped me select the right kind for all my rooms. Then, I read the measuring instructions and measured all my windows. Prior to ordering I was able to check exact prices by entering my measurements and comparing different brands. Once the blinds were ordered, I received a confirmation by email with an estimated delivery day. The blinds arrived in about 10 days in perfect order and carefully wrapped to avoid damage during shipping. The package included all the parts required for installation, without any additional confusing/spare parts, which often only confuse the customer. My husband installed the blinds by himself using the instructions included and had absolutely no problem with it.

I ordered a whole house of Hunter Douglas 2" faux wood blinds (24 total) on 2 May 05. I received an email notice from YourBlinds.com stating my order would be shipped on 9 May 05; I received my blinds on 11 May 05...super fast service! However, 1 blind was damaged in shipment and I was worried I would have problems with the return/reorder process...not so! I just went online and completed the "problem with blind received" form. The next day YourBlinds.com sent me an email stating my new blinds would be shipped on 20 May 05 and to hold on to the damaged blinds, as the carrier has the right to inspect the damaged blinds for 60 days; after 60 days I can throw out the old blinds. I received my reordered blind on 23 May 05. Where else can you get this kind of prompt, accurate, and reliable customer service? Oh, and by the way, I also saved approximately $1,000 compared to other retailers for the same blinds. I'm sold on YourBlinds.com and have been referring them to all my friends and would refer them to anyone wanting to get great customer service while saving big bucks!

I selected YourBlinds.com because of their outstanding BBB report. After doing business with YourBlinds.com, I can see why they have such a good reputation. Their customer service and customer support representatives are terrific. An inquiry that I made about a color sample was made promptly by a personal phone call from customer service. i love my new blinds, and was extremely satisfied with the help i received from Tracy and the staff at YourBlinds.com. i had originally ordered blinds that had a motorized tilt but did not need the remote. two days later i was informed the remote must be ordered with it. the web site however did not specify that, and would have brought the price up considerably. Tracy called me and informed me of this and went through much length to help me pick out other blinds. i just love the Hunter Douglas blinds i received. i will definitely be ordering from YourBlinds in the future and have already recommended YourBlinds to several other prospective customers. thanks again. I just ordered from them again. So far, we've done 8 rooms with YourBlinds. The service is always friendly, and they have every brand you'd be interested in at phenomenal prices (at least 30% below local retail!) with no shipping and no tax (unless you live in Texas). At this point, all of our rooms have window treatments, but when it comes time to upgrade you can bet we'll be ordering from YourBlinds.com. I recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.
Oh, I probably ought to mention that I've generally been happier with the Comfortex products than the Hunter Douglas products. My motorized HD products have required factory service twice in less than a year (which is totally HD's fault -- YourBlinds is very helpful with factory service requests). I'm also a big fan of the Comfortex radio remote control. Once you get past their lousy documentation, it is a lot more convenient than the HD IR control. Order your swatches now, and before you know it, you'll have beautiful window treatments at phenomenal savings! |

I had my first shopping experience at YourBlinds.com recently, and was very impressed. The product selection was extensive, and the website was very informative and complete. I have never ordered custom blinds before, but it was a real breeze. I checked with several competitors and found the prices at YourBlinds were good. The order process was quick and easy. I received an automated order confirmation immediately. About a day later I received an email with an estimated ship date. Then I received an email confirmation with tracking number as soon as it shipped (which was 2 days earlier than anticipated). I was very impressed with the speed, as I ordered on Monday, and received my custom blinds on Friday of the same week! Very good experience. I will be ordering a few more sets shortly.

I shopped localing at all the retail shops for solar shades for 5 extra large picture windows in my new house. I priced these identical blinds at JcPennys, American Blinds, 3-Day blinds and had Costco come out and give me a bid. I saved about 45% over the lowest quoted price by buying through Your Blinds. I am completely happy with the customer service. I had one blind show up which was damaged from a staple that pierced the shipping box. Customer service was quick to resolve this problem.

Great customer service. My order was processed immediately and received within a few days. A couple of the valance end caps were cracked. When I notified YourBlinds.com, they immediately processed a replacement order, and I had the replacements within a few days. Throughout the process, I was constantly kept advised of the status of orders and shipments by email.
This contrasted sharply with a previous experience with a similar blinds order that I placed with decora-homes.com, which arrived with a part missing. Decora-homes.com never responded to any of my emails or phone messages (left on their answering machine, which was always on no matter when I called), or even to attempts by the manufacturer to reach them on my behalf. |

Purchasing anything that is custom order can be tricky
over internet, and I had to think really hard to see if I wanted to do this, but I went ahead and did it anyway. The sales person who helped me (Linda/Tracy) was both very helpful, and was very patient in working with me to figure out exactly what I wanted. They also helped me with choosing the colors that I wanted. When the merchandise got to me, I was very satisfied with the quality of it. I would definitely recommend this vendor. It's really 3 things, that will make them recommend them highly. 1) quality 2) service 3) price. All of the three criteria must work together to make a repeat customer indeed. I saved a lot of money buying over real store. I think I got better service from yourblinds.com than if I went shopping in a real store! Installation was easy too. Only because the quality is good, and the things fits, and it works. I did it myself. Delivery came in very reasonable time, and was in good packing. came with bubble wraps and then in box. |

I thought the website was excellent: it was very fast and very easy to place the order. I particularly liked the ability to add window sizes and the site would calculate everything and build the custom order.
The delivery speed was good and I liked the fact that I received regular emails on the progress of the order. When the blinds arrived, the packaging was good so the blinds were in perfect condition, and the installation instructions were very helpful. I also thought the quality of the product was much higher than I expected and visitors to my apartment have often commented on the blinds positively. I could not be more pleased with my experience with YourBlinds. The lady I've dealt with on the telephone has been very friendly, helpful, and diligent. I had a question about the color I ordered and she immediately got the information and called me back. When the blinds arrived, some parts were missing for the valance. I called and she said she'd take care of it right away. She called me back in just a few minutes to let me know what she had done and what I could expect. I will definitely recommend YourBlinds - either ordering by internet or telephone. Customer service is so rare these days that it is almost exciting when I find it, but YourBlinds is one of the rare businesses that seems to have it.
