We recently purchased a new house and had to deal with a number of companies- both on line and brick and mortar stores. Your Blinds.com was by far the best to deal with in terms our friendly, helpful service and great follow up. We are very pleased with the quality and value we received from the blinds and shades we purchased. Lavanna was especially helpful. We actually started our search at a retail store for blinds and shades and then did comparison shopping on the internet. We dealt with four different companies who offered window treatments over the internet. The knowledge and helpfulness of their employees was not nearly the same as that we received from YourBlinds.com. Your blinds was very honest in dealing with the lead time to have the blinds made and shipped and they did an excellent job in keeping us informed of the tracking of our orders. In the middle of our order being manufactured, we moved from our old house to our new address and Your Blinds was very helpful in getting the shipments moved to our new address. Many of the other companies we had to deal with (furniture, telephone, utilities and cable ended up being very frustrating, not so with YourBlinds.Com. It was nice to have at least one company treat the customer with respect. We are highly recommending them to all of our family and friends.
