I ordered two bean bag chairs at the same time for my twin boys. I received one in a timely manner but, the second one was a few weeks. The second one arrived with the correct order information but, the bean bag was blue NOT camouflage like the receipt stated. Whe I called to tell of the mistake I was told that I could ONLY order a new one and return the old one. Since then I have ordered and received a new camouflage bean bag chair but, have NOT received any call tag for the old (mistake) chair. Hence, I have been billed for three orders to my credit card. I'm not happy with this transaction at all.

I ordered a piece of luggage with a personalized tag for my son. They sent the tag with the named spelled wrong four times. I was on the phone with them for a total of about six hours trying to correct the mistake - which they kept blaming on the manufacturer. They never remedied their error, and made it impossible to send the incorrect merchandise back. I would recommend that consumers avoid dealing with them at all costs.

BE VERY AWARE!!! This company double overcharged me $138.77. I have had a HORRIBLE experience with "Your Kids Direct" and they are completely uncooperative. My bill was $191.95. They were supposed to charge me $138.77 and $53.18. Your Kids Direct double charged me $138.77 and when I brought it to there attention, Your Kids Direct charged me with the $53.18. Your Kids Direct claims that their system is infallible and could not possibly charge me more than it was authorized to charge. WHICH IS AN ABSURD STATEMENT! I now have to create a case with my bank to get my money back. I believe this is routing for them it seems from other posting that they do this quite a bit. It seems Your Kids Direct has some sort of scam going, and make you go through an act of congress to get your money back. Your Kids Direct hopes you will get tired of going through the red tape, go away, and let them keep your money. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Your Kids Direct again. I would advise you not either, unless you are okay with paying double for something. I AM NOT!

I ordered a bed and was informed by delivery company that it was damaged, so I advised I did not want it delivered and to re-send it to Your Kids Direct. I then tried repeatedly to communicate with the company and they gave me the runaround - ultimately telling me they were keeping my money for "one to two billing cycles" (one to two months) and that I would have to RE-ORDER the bed. They would not send me a new bed immediately and they would not refund my money immediately. This is not satisfactory nor does it make any sense. They have my money and I have no merchandise and no money with which to buy a new bed!

I was informed that the item was in stock, however, it was going to not be shipped for 3 weeks. However, I emailed the company inquiring the delay in shipment and received a phone call (on a Thursday) stating that it would be delivered the following week. To our great surprised the item was delivered by the following Saturday, 2 days later. So we were extremely pleased. The Kangaroo set was quite easy to put together and my little grandson and his cousins are enjoying immensely! Thank you!

There was no tracking number, the order hasn't been received, I made a phone call, they could not give me an immediate response, they told me it would be two business days before they could locate the package that was shipped 2 weeks ago. Tracking information on line was no good. They did not even tell me who it was being shipped through. Customer service did not even apologize for any inconvenience the delay has caused.

I don't know whether I would shop here again since I don't have either of the items yet and haven't seen the quality. If the quality is good and we are happy with the items, then the wait will be worth it. I think that paying an extra $7 for Fed Ex to ship the rug, when it has taken 12 days to arrive (and is still not here) is a bit ridiculous. I am not used to waiting this long for an order, and I think that it should have been stated in the item description that it would be on back order - I was notified after ordering the item.

The experience was okay. The instock item took quite a long time to actually arrive at my home. The tracking system didn't seem to be working very well. I recommend they use a more reliable shipper--UPS or USPS.
I do like the item selected and am happy with the product and the price I paid. Overall it was an okay experience, but not exceptional.

Excellent, EXCEPT that the directions for assembly and the hardware needed for assembly wasn't in the package. I phoned your'e 1-800 number and found the lady to be very polite and accomodating. A week later I received the rest of the order. I feel that this should have been shipped to me by Overnight Mail instead of regular Parcel Post. Otherwise we are very satisified!
