The Electronic Warehouse website was easy to use to order, and everything was delivered on time as advertised. They are the only dealer that I've found to have a deal on Bose with their Reward Dollars.

The total purchase price of the item was $379. I didn't open them and want to return them. Total refund according to them would be about $260 (restocking fee, their shipping charges, my shipping charges, insurance, etc.). Don't buy from them to save a few bucks. You're better off going directly to Bose.

Electronics Warehouse is a great online electronics store. I was so happy with my purchased I've been ordering other electronics items from them already. My order was shipped out and arrived ontime. Awesome! I am very happy. But its my first HTS so I have nothing to compare. The slight video lag s*cks a little due to gaming. Really s*cks that the remote can't control my ps3 cause I use it for movies, music, pictures, and gaming. And with how much I paid for it I thought would have been nice if it came fully wireless or even semi wireless but I'll live. Beyond that, awesome sound produced by tiny super stylish speakers that have been admired by just about everyone to visit my home. TEKKEN!!!

Since Bose products are not discounted (at lease not at Authorized Bose Dealers like Your Electronic Warehouse), this made my decision to purchase this system through them. The ordering process was fast and simple, and I received the product in record time (Free Second-Day Air special for Bose products). I will definitely shop at Your Electronic Warehouse again!

Delivery was late due to the fact that the item was shipped to the billing address, not the shipping address entered at the time of order. When Your Electronics Warehouse was contacted, the staff member (who identified himself as the shipping manager) was unwilling to help in any way and was exceptionally rude. I will not shop there again.

I purchased an item to replace one that I thought was broken. The next day, I realized that my original clock radio was in fact fine and that I just needed to replace some batteries that apparetly had died.. I contacted Electrnoic Warehouse which told me that they already shipped out my order but that they would see if they could get it recalled. They called back a couple of hours later and said that they were able to stop shipment of the clock radio and would credit my account. How many stores would do that?!! They are clearly devoted to pleaseing the customer
