On August 12, 2009, I placed an order for an ant repellant.  I received an email stating that the product would be shipped on August 28.  When I had not received the product on September 17 I called the company and was told by Leah that the product would be shipped from their "warehouse" on September 25.  I said that was not acceptable and requested a refund.  That refund was promised in 10-15 business days and I received an email stating that the order was cancelled.  After not receiving the refund I sent an email on October 14.  I spoke again with Leah on October 16 and was promised a refund that day.  I just got off the telephone with Leah
 (10/19) and was given a "transaction number" supposedly from the President of the company refunding my money.  I doubt seriously that my bank will receive the promised funds.  This company has a real problem and after reading other reviews I think that they attempt to conduct business by taking orders then ordering the products from other businesses.  They apparently DO NOT have a warehouse!!
Getting the ordered product is difficult but getting a refund is close to impossible, if NOT impossible.  I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
