Grief after grief with X10. In Mid November 06 I've ordered bunch of product on line. They had problem with their ordering system and many following calles followed up for several days to come. Very annoying, they put my on hold for many times as long as 1 hour and then they cut me off. Nothing in return for that hassle. Ok eventually I've got their stuff.
Then on Dec. 4th /06 I've order some additional parts because system wasn't working properly I've been told that Coupler - Repeater XPCR-TEL will fix this problem, part has not arrived till mid January 07. I've installed that unit on 20th of February - didn't work. I've called on 21st feb/07 and new unit supposed to be send to me. No response via email so On 28th of Feb I've followed up with X10 and Brad promise new unit and instructional email followed, but they don't want to pay for shipping. Now I'm fighting for this because this is part of their promise for new products to be replaced.
Conclusion - I've spend more time on the phone and email (est. 9-10Hours) with X10 that any of my electrical supplier in combine in years and Result none and I've 1/2 customer house not working for almost 4 months. Yes I've installed they products before but reliability is mediocre and I use this product as a last resource. If you can stay away from this company and have other option strongly recommended. Customer care is bad!!!!!!
