I am still waiting for my Watch, the original order acknowldegement said it would be shipped that day (7/28), then I was told there was a problem with my credit card which I resolved an hour or two later and at that point was notified that the watch was out of stock (someone had beat me to it)and would be shipped on 8/11. On 8/11, I e-mailed to see if it would be shipped that day and they responded that it was going to be delayed further and would ship by 8/20 and they would give me a gift for my inconvenience. I have not heard anything since and am waiting to see what happens this week. I told them if it did not ship by the end of this week I would cancel the order

It's too early to tell. I haven't received the item yet. However, I ordered it on July 26 AND WAS INFORMED BY E-MAIL 2 DAYS LATER THAT THE ITEM WOULD SHIP ON 8-9-04 to arrive 2 days later It did not. I caleed and left messages twice and got no return call. Finally on 8-13-04 I reached a very pleasant lady in the sales dept who promised me that I woul receive my item today, 8-17-04. BUT it is not here. I'm hoping to see it tomorros.

I have been very impressed by the level of customer service and pricing from World Lux. I saved almost half of the cost over a local pen stores and I received exactly the same merchandise! I recommend them highly!

I was notified that the product was available when I ordered it online. The next day I had an email that stated the warehouse "just ran out" of the product. Personally, I don't think it was avilable to begin with. The email stated that the order would be delayed 1 week. After 1 week passed with no further notification, I called WorldLux. The operator told me she would look into the status of the order and call me back. I never heard back from anyone, or was given any email update. 3 days later the product arrived. That's average to poor customer service.

This review is meant only to assure anyone considering shopping on the World Lux website that the return policy on their website worked well for me.

I bought the Piquadro 'Document & Passport Case' with my credit card through the World Lux website. It was a beautiful piece of work but too large to fit comfortably in my hip pocket where I planned on keeping it. (It would work well in a suit coat or blazer pocket). I mailed it back to World Lux within the required 14 days and received a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping cost, to my credit card within a week. This was my first experience with this company but I would definitely deal with World Lux again.
