BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I placed an order on an "in-stock" item and stated NO SUBSTITUTIONS" on the order AND immediately sent an email stating the same. After numerous emails back and forth, they never stated that they did not have the product or that they could not get it. They sent a disgusting substitution, knowing I didn't want it, then only stated "send the UNOPENED product back" at my expense. Ignored ALL my emails after that!
