I was very impressed at how fast the wine arrived. Generally when I order from them it takes 2-3 days but this time I received the wine the next day, with no shipping cost. I knew what I wanted and so it was very easy to find.

They substituted the star shaped boxes for square ones and even yhe contents WITHOUT notifying me. I still have not received the wine of the month (ordered 2 ago) and the greeting card did not say what I typed in either.

I had never ordered wine this way before, but I since the wine I wanted is not available in stores I decided to try ordering from Wine.com. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficent the process was. I will save myself the gas and time of going to stores and order from Wine.com from now on.

I was surprised that it took almost a week after I placed my order for it to be shipped. Also, considering it was in the 90s when the wine arrived, I was disappointed the supplier did not use a faster method of delivery. As it was the wine was in transit almost a week. I've only opened one bottle of the white and found that it is on the verge of being corked, or maybe I should cooked. I probably will watch the weather more closely before ordering again and definitely would not order a premium wine when it's this hot.

Great, but the tracking was kind of funny because they reused a UPS tracking number, so it looked like my package was rerouted, but actually it was another package and mine was a second package using the same tracking number. I found this out because I called UPS concerned that the package seemed to be lost or misdirected.

There was some confusion with UPS's website in regards to tracking the package, but the customer service at Wine.com handled all my concerns, then sent me a follow up email within 12 hours to make sure I was satisfied.
The wine arrived with exactly as described, and cheaper than if I had purchased it in the store.
I will definitely buy from wine.com again, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Two of the wine I was looking for I could not find, but I did kind adequate substitutes. Also, a full week went by, but my order still had not been sent on it's way. I had to actually call wine.com to get the order finally put in the mail. I did however receive my wine quite quickly once I made the call. Customer service was excelent, the phone call that is.
One final thought...with the problem/delay I had getting my order filled in Sep/Oct, just how bad do you think the delays are going to be around the holiday season?

The website mistakenly submitted my order x3, without any confirmation from me. After 3 calls to customer service, I got the extra orders canceled, however had not received a refund over a month later. After 2 more calls and several emails, I finally received the appropriate refund - only to find out that one product I ordered (monthly wine club) as a gift had not been received. When the person called about the gift, she was told the order had been canceled. I am still in the process of either getting a refund, or getting the merchandise delivered. At this point, I will take whatever is quicker, as my initial order was placed 2 months ago. Although I love the wine offerings available, I will never shop at wine.com again. Even if they had ever apologized or offered a discount in compensation.

I have had substantial difficulty with wine.com. While they sent me a promotion of $10 off and it appeared to be credited when making my purchase, they overcharged my credit card and have been completely unresponsive to my pleas to make the adjustment. If using a coupon, BEWARE.
