Horrible company. Sent machine to them for service after they would not give any information to local repair facility. (Said "how do you expect us to make any money if we give other repair places information") So sent the unit 3000 miles to them. After 3 months and approx. $500 for repair and shipping received machine. 2 months of use and the machine died again. Sent it back again and after another approx $500 in repair costs and shipping, unit came back with boiler set in sideways which did not allow the decorative cover to be affixed. Got nothing but a long protracted run around. Tried to divest responsibility on shipper. Said the shipper must have damaged it. Sent photos showing boxes in fine condition. They then tried to suggest that because I did not ship the 10-15 pound decorative cover, it was somehow my fault they put in the boiler incorrectly. It arrived to them in fine condition, well packed and undamaged. Still dealing with them. If you want to make a career of learning how to receive any level of customer service, this unscrupulous company will take you to school. They will do anything to avoid their responsibility. Stay away from this company!!!
