The photo lab was unprofessional and they did not want to do their job.

I placed an order online Photo Card Order. They were suppose to be ready at a little after 9 am on 12/11/06. I decided pick them up that evening. The unprofessional manner in which the photos cards were presented to me was unacceptable.

The representative at the counter presented to me photo cards that had a 1.2 inch white border all around the card. When I asked about the envelopes she stated Walgreens only sent them THESE. The envelopes were obviously way to small to fit the cards with the white borders. She told me that I could cut them down to size and my total was 32.00 and change. I looked at her and advised her I wouldn't be paying for cards that would not fit in envelopes and she only said "I'm sorry". This went on for a few minutes as I was deciding to walk away a manager walk up behind her.... She soon changed her tune to I will cut them down for you. As if she was doing me a favor. I asked her to go ahead and cut them down and was asked to come back for them.

The cards were picked up later that night. WOW they fit when the photo lab does their job right. What is up with this unprofessionalism.
