Dishonest customer service reps, Failed delivery and no resolution makes Vitamin Shoppe a BAD company

After attempting to order with vitaminshoppe.com, I recommend finding an alternate web-based source for your supplements!
When I placed my order I received an email that said I would be receiving an email with tracking information shortly (by the way, I chose "super saver" shipping- 3-10 days to deliver as it was free for orders over $100). Two days after ordering, I still had not been contacted. When I called customer service, I was told that it had been shipped and that it usually takes a couple of days to receive the tracking number via email. I didn't think that made sense because reasonably, as soon as an item ships, you have a tracking number...
After 5 days (and no package) I called back again. This time I was told that the package was being packed up and would ship "today". I stated that I wanted to cancel my order as a) it was taking too long and b)(the main reason) I had been lied to by a representative. I was told that I could not cancel my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none available. I was told that they would call me back. When I received no such call, I called back again and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I was patched through to a voicemail and still have not received a call back. I don't know if GNC has what I need, but next time I'm going to them...
