TERRIBLE experience with VITALITYWEB!!! Bait and switch merchandising! Their generic label merchandise was substituted for "Rapid Relief" brand hot/cold packs of various sizes. The majority of my order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. The manager of customer service has not returned my repeated phone calls.

I looked all over the internet and vitalityweb had the lowest price on a good zero gravity chair - it was significantly cheaper than all the other places I checked. I ordered on a Monday and the item was delivered that Friday (via fedex ground). There was not a shipping charge for this particular item. I did not contact customer service at any time so I can't comment on that but in terms of price and delivery speed this is probably one of the best websites from which I have ever ordered. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the transaction.
