I've order a number of times here since the prices are really good.  However, the delivery time is just too long. My latest order was Nov 12 & today is Nov 20.  I called and they said won't leave LA till monday, tack on 6 more days, so that's TWENTY DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! I order on line quite a bit, and they send it priority mail, 3 days tops.  This will definitely be my last order from these guys...come on 20 freakin days????

The last two times I ordered from Vitadigest.com I received e-mails stating that my order had shipped when it had not. I received no communication stating that it had not actually shipped, both times after waiting on the order and not getting it I had to call at which time I was told that they didn't have some of the items so none of them had shipped. They didn't call or e-mail to let me know I had to call and ask. The prices are competitive but waiting over two weeks for delivery, receiving no reply to an e-mail inquiry, then talking to a very unhelpful person over the phone (who literally said "Sorry" and hung up) is not worth my time or money ever again. I'm sure my orders totaled at least two thousand dollars and no one there seems to care that the customer experience is HORRIBLE! This is the last time I use the website or order anything from Vitadigest.

I have been buying sports supplements from "Vitadigest" for about 3 years now.   Their prices are the lowest I have found and delivery is always speedy.  I had one order that was processed incorrectly a couple of years ago and it was cheerfully corrected with extra goodies thrown in.   Check em out.

While they claim everything is shipped within 24 hours and should be received within 4 business days they apparently have limitations and some items can take up to a week to ship.  No where on their site did it state this.  I'm going on 8 days and still haven't received the part of my order that supposedly shipped already, as well as one part not even shipping yet.  Don't order anything you want quick from this site.

The only problem I had is that one item was out of stock and I was not informed of this. It was simply deleted from my order and when I received my package I noticed it wasn't included. They didn't charge me for it but I ended up having to contact them to find out what happened.

Delivery was quick, but not complete. This is the second time that clothing was ordered, says it is in stock, and the order is taken. I am given the confidence that what I order will come in a timely manner. Then, when it is delivered, clothing not included. Why, then, does it say it is In Stock?  No information emailed or given to me if backordered, out of stock, etc. Bad communication on their part. I am not even sure if the bill was adjusted. This needs to be improved in lots of ways!

I placed my order online with no problems.  After I waited two weeks for my protein bars to arrive I checked the status of my order online and only then found out that had canceled the order.  I went back to the site and saw that they were out of stock on the product I ordered.  It would have been nice if they had told me this so I was not waiting for something they never shipped!  I tried to help them improve their customer service by emailing them about what had just happened but I never got a response.  They remind me of what the internet was like 10 yrs ago.

Beware, unfair business practices...I placed and order and there were hidden shipping charges of $40 to Canada, which were added only after the order was placed.  I read the shipping policy which mentioned nothing to this effect.

I was trying to decide if I should ship to my home in the Netherlands or to my hotel where I am currently staying in Canada.  If International shipping is selected for Europe you see right away that there is a shipping charge of $45.  If you select Canada it is removed from the total, so I chose to ship to  Canada and save the money.  After entering my credit card details and ordering, a shipping fee of $40 was charged.

My order was placed on Friday, July 24th and I recieved a confirmation that my order would ship within 24 hours. I was expecting my delivery either today (July 28th) or tomorrow. Instead of delivery today, I recieved an email alerting me of the items unavailablilty and my credit card being credited. It would have been much more satisfactory if I was notified within the 24 hours instead of four days later. I was in a rush for this particular item due to the fact that I have been recieving complaints from my neighbors about my dogs barking and I was looking for a quick fix to pacify the problem. Now I will have to begin a new search for this product and start all over again.

I purchased a product online from vitadigest.com on July 6.  I received an auto response with my order summary and order number, which stated my product would be shipped within 24 hours.  Today it is July 20 and I still have no product or shipping info.  I emailed them 2 days ago and still have not received any response back.  I am very dissatisfied with their service.  If I could reach anyone from their customer service department I would cancel my order and place it with another company.  Then I have to go through the trouble of getting my credit card reimburse the $224 I spent and find another site to order from.  I would not recommend ordering from this website.

I will never order from this company again.  The item I ordered was shown on their website as being in stock.  Two weeks after I placed my order, I still hadn't received it.  It took numerous phone calls before I was able to get in touch with a human.  I was told the company was out of stock but they would receive the items the next day and ship them to me via 2-day air.  "You will receive your order Thursday June 25" I was told.  The afternoon of June 26, I called again -- told them I still hadn't received it.  I was then told they were out of the item and only had 1 bottle (I'd ordered 6) which they shipped to me on June 22 and I would receive by tomorrow.  At no time did I get a phone call or email from this company keeping me aware of the situation....The only email I got was wanting me to rate their service.  Well....their service STINKS!

Easy to order except before I could print or copy the order number the stupid survey sheet came and blocked seeing the order number yet they asked what the order number was.  My suggestion is to let the Customer finish the order before interrupting with Surveys.
