The process was very simple and the prices are exceptionally good. The delivery speed and order accuracy were spot on. I was actually on the phone with my dad ordering the product for him to download because he is very technologically challenged. Therefore, I sat there and input all his information and had the order sent directly to him. The process was step-by-step easy and I would recommend it to anyone. I didn't need customer service because I got everything I needed immediately. I have ordered from other sites including “consumer friendly” sites that have not been this easy. I enjoyed the entire experience as it was very stress free and fast! I think the site was self explanatory and did not have any difficulty following the simple instructions. I wish that all sites were this easy to navigate and hope that other sites learn by example. As a matter of fact, I have no intention of ordering from those other guys again. I will come back to your site again and again! Your prices are also very low compared to the other sites selling the exact same software!
