I searched online for a few weeks for the best deal on Windows Vista Home Premium Upgrade. I first started with Price Watch dot com. Vio Software was at the top of the list for the best deal so I investigated further. Their website was extremely easy to navigate through as I was a first time buyer and not familiar with their site. I also found that it was very informative on their products, especially with Vista. It was simple to set up an account and place the order. Vio Software was great with keeping in touch through e-mail. Standard shipping was offered free, but I chose to go with FedEx ground which was very reasonable in price but standard shipping would have been the same in my opinion as far as time for delivery (federal express ground proved to be slower than standard mail, but offered tracking in exchange). In e-mails I was kept up-to-date with my shipment order and was provided with tracking notification.. I am a very satisfied customer with the Vio Software website. They have exceeded my expectations as a business and I am already referring to my friends and family about their products, good customer service, and easy to use website for any future software purchase.
