At first I wasn't planning to write a review because I didn't want to take the time to create a new account on one of these review sites. But after dealing with so many positives with Vanns.com, I just wanted to share what a wonderful and awesome experience I have had with them. I would say that it was one of the best online experiences I have ever had.

I was researching into making my first HDTV purchase and have done research both online and in stores. My purchase was on a Sony 40" HDTV. Here are the reasons I purchased it through Vanns.com:

1) The site wasn't necessarily rock bottom prices that you see online but they were still pretty competitive and much lower than the retail stores (i.e. Best Buy, Circuit City).

2) The fact that Vanns.com has some history behind them and that they have 6 physical locations (in Montana) made me much more comfortable ordering online.

6) Fast Shipping (and well packaged). I ordered it on a Saturday, they shipped it out (via FedEx) on Monday, I received it on Thursday!

7) They lowered their price on the T.V. I purchased twice in the ensuing 2 weeks and they price matched it both times!

8) Excellent customer service. I called once and emailed 3-4 times and they are quick to respond and courteous.

I have nothing but positive things to say. I would highly recommend them. I have already to my friends and family.
