My experience was deplorable.  I ordered a heated bird bath.  The weather wasn't cold enough for a few weeks to make sure it worked--and it didn't!  When I tried to return it 40 days after purchase, they said the 30 day guantee period had expired, and they refused to help, even when I insisted on communicating with a supervisor.  I encourage you to seek business elsewhere!!

They offer a good range of every day household items and the prices are not too bad. The shipping appears to be a little high but I don't believe that is the vendor's fault. We're all paying more at the pump.

I just cannot get follow up and have no idea if my order is being processed, what the timeline is, if it is in the system etc. When I check the online tracking link order status is blank. Maybe the problem was ordering before the weekend but at the moment this order feels like a black hole.

I ordered the bark-a-rita dog bowl almost two weeks ago. I just got an email saying that they could no longer get it. I guess from now on I will shop at stores that I know.

I got my bird feeder Wednesday, I emailed customer service for the trackin number of the hanging system and the response was quick. The hanging system arrived Thursday. The only drawback is the bird feeder is not the right feeder for the hanging system. Its too large and when I filled it with food it made it extremely heavy. I can't use it with the hanging system. The instructions say I need a specific bird feeder and it provides model numbers. So that will have to be another shopping experience. I will also have to purchase something that can support the bird feeder.

I ordered the 7-piece Geopic king comforter set and was thrilled with the high quality of the product: the materials and colors are gorgeous. The 3 decorative pillows that were included make this a perfect set. The price was extremely reasonable and delivery was very fast. The picture of this product on the website does not do it justice. No walking poles or canes found in search. First choice of internet camera was out of stock. See Liet they have something similiar to ski poles but with shock absorbers for walking or an adjustable cane/walking stick that you can also mount camera on for nature photos.

A terrible company to deal with. They do not pay return shipping for items when they send the wrong merchandise, which they did. The manager refuses to correspond with customers. I filed complaints with Better Business Bureau of NJ and AmEX. Be VERY careful about shopping with them.
