We chose US1Camera.com for my husband's Motor Trend Bluetooth headset because it was well priced, they offered free shipping, and they had a product rating system. On the downside, there was no link to the customer reviews from which the product rating system came. Overall, we would highly recommend buying from US1Camera.com. Product arrived in top notch package/condition and the one that has been ordered (including US warranty).

However... service very sluggish. Order has been declined stating that bank did not honor the payment. That was incorrect. There were funds.
I gave them another card and they said the same. Finally when I threatened them that I am canceling the order, they checked themselves and all went through.

Company overall offers their products at a very competitive price. In spite of the issues, I will keep ordering products from them when time comes.

Upon receiving my order, they sent me an e-mail informing me that the camera bag I wanted was out of stock but expected in the following week and asked me if that was alright. US1 Camera had the best prices, with every item confirming a full manufacturer's US warranty. Service was very quick although a couple of the accessories were missing from the box when I opened it right there at the UPS counter. I called them, and talked to customer service, who told me that the shipper is always taking things from his boxes, but said it was no problem, and shipped the missing parts out that day. Couldn't have been nicer. I felt bad that items were being taken from his boxes, and told him that I'd never put up with that, but they are just good guys, and just eat the costs. They even added a second free lens cleaning kit to the second box they shipped. Anyway, very nice people, and it's hard to beat their prices. Also, they never pushed me to buy more accessories than the two I'd already ordered, (unlike the many online retailers that do), and their accessories were reasonably priced, unlike some other online retailers that charge a fortune for them. Good people, good prices, and good service.

Exactly what on-line buying is supposed to be! No phone calls pressuring upgrades or insurance. Shipping was supposed to be 7-10 days, IT ARRIVED IN 3! Camcorder was exactly as described and ordered. The BEST online retailer for camera/digicam products...PERIOD! Had an issue where the ever-gentle UPS crushed my package containing my new A570IS and damaged it. I called to just let US1 know what happened and figured I'd have to file a claim against UPS for my new digicam. Well, US1 said they would replace my camera with a new one and made sure I had it for a planned weekend trip - that's what you call customer support! My next purchase will be a Rebel XT with either the 28-105 or 28-135mm lens. Can't wait!

My entire experience with US1Photo.com for this purchase was A+++. My order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the Nikon binoculars that were ordered were defective. When I phoned US!Photo this morning they didn't have another pair to immediately replace mine. It was suggested that I call Nikon. After being on hold off & on for an hour, I was told that I had to ship them to Nikon (at my expense)& wait for them to be repaired. I explained that the main purpose for purchasing the binoculars was so I could take them on my trip to Alaska (just three days away). I was so disappointed & called US1Photo again. They bent over backwards to help me. They received additional stock this afternoon & are sending me another pair 2nd day air delivery at their expense. I will return the defective pair for a credit to my account. What more could one ask for? Besides all the great service, their prices are unbeatable! They will certainly have my business again, as well as any referrals I can send their way.

Very quick and efficient. Ordered on a Sunday morning, arrived Wednesday afternoon. I had a change to make on my order, but was able to do it through email (I tried contacting them using the phone the same Sunday I ordered, but had to give up after spending 50 minutes on hold because I had to go to work). I got a very good price, and have had no problems with anything I ordered (Canon Digital Rebel XTi).

I did a great deal of research before I purchased by Canon 30D from US1Camera. I read many different reviews, and warnings about purchasing on-line. I am the kind of person that checks, re-checks, then checks again. When I finally decided to purchase my camera from US1Camera it was because of cost, their being an authorized Canon dealer, and their consumer ratings. I called, was helped by a salesperson who couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. I chose to have things shipped UPS. The camera, a lens, a camera bag, and an extra memory card arrived in three days!! I wanted to buy another lens but my budget got in the way. When I am able, I will make another call to US1Camera to get the second lens. I figured I saved close to $500 from traditional camera store retail.

Promised new, in box, etc, came as refurbished, right on the bottom of camcorder it said "b-stock" and to top it off, I looked at the memory stick that came with the camera and there were pics someone took of their warehouse showing the "refurbished" shelf clearly labeled with the same camcorder I ordered from them. total dirtbags. I ordered a JVC camcorder and was talked into buying a battery and a charger which I found out when I received the camcorder, I did not really need. The battery I purchased was not the battery for the camcorder and I had to send it back. I paid over $300 for extras that I did not need. I will not ever buy from this company again.

I too got the pushy sales pitch and refused. Still waiting to see if they are honest enough to send my merchandise. Unfortunately, I trusted these online average reviews and didn't look at the details. Then I couldn't figure out how they could get such opposite reactions to their service -- that is until I found that veronicacaben and mikedakfile both wrote, word for word, in Feb 05, the same "glowing" review. Either they have a psychic connection or us1camera cheats the system to up their average from plain terrible. You figure it out.

I tried to buy the Nikon D2x. I asked about all the different prices that I was getting on the internet and was then told that the correct price was $4,299.00 which was an $825.00 difference. By the time I was done talking to there sales representative, I was no longer comfortable in buying from them. If you buy from these guys, make sure that all of the necessary and normally included extras are included and not sold separately. Also, check out all rebates before buying.

It is Impossible to order from this guys unless you want to spend as much in the accessories as in the camera.
I called to order a Sony DCR HC90, and All I got was a pushy salesperson that only was interested in pushing the overpriced and low quality accessories that they sell.
when it became clear that I was not willing to purchase an extra battery and a service agreement for $ 499 the rep hanged up on me.

Really not a good place to buy IF you're able to place an order.
