Online status had 'ready for shipping' for 4 days. I called and it seems this status is really quite vague. However, within a couple of hours of my call, presto, the status became 'shipped'. Suggest online status be more definitive. Subsequent email notification indicated the package was coming from both UPS (1Z4927WF0340743953) and USPS (9101805213907516825483). UPS has no record of that number; the package was delivered by USPS. Package arrived in good order, but was missing an item. A call to customer service and this was resolved and a replacement is on the way. So, all-in-all, I'd give US1Photo a 'good'.

The first shipment was poorly boxed through UPS, which ended up all tore up when delivered. The 2nd shipment took a little longer to process, but that was fine once it was shipped I got it right away. The only complaint I have is when I called Customer service, it took me 3 calls, and 4 people to get a simple question answered. I was asking if the Nikon SB-600 flash came with a soft case, and stand, as all the other stores do. I was told no, you have to buy a package. Then I called back knowing that was wrong. I was told not sure hold, then transfered without being told. That 3rd person said let me call you back in 5 mins. To date never got her call back. The fourth person, was a male who said let me check, and put me on hold. Came back with in 5 mins and said, yes, it does have those things. I walked to the warehouse and checked myself. Only after, did someone do that, when I said to cancel my order.

Unfortunately someone shipped the wrong lens. There are two very similar ones and the box was NOT clearly marked. But is being corrected. The shipping was much quicker than anticipated and the price was the best around. It happens with hired help. Otherwise it would have excellent across the board.

I called to see if it would be shipped out that day because I ordered a couple minutes before 2pm eastern time. The computers were down but the person said she would call me back. She did not call back but they did get the lens out in that days shipment. Thanks

There is special offer of free 4GB of SD card with purshase of the camera. But it is not showing anywhere in the order. I was not sure if I had it or not until received the packdge. It'll be more clear to listed in the shopping cart as free instead of nothing.

US1Camera offered a great price and fast product delivery. I requested next day air shipment at an additional 50 plus dollars and was disappointed by the fact they used Next Day Air Saver, saver being the key word and was forced to waited until the end of the day for delivery. Outside of that, I was very pleased.

Salesman called 2 or 3 days after I ordered, trying to sell me more. Told me some filters were on sale, which I bought, but was charged regular price. Took nearly another week before shipped. Shipping by UPS was fast once they finally shipped the order.

I never know if the goods I'm receiving have full US warranty and/or if US1Camera.com is an authorized Sony dealer or not. While the camera I received seemed new, the box didn't have a Sony seal/tape strip on the box closing tab, as most Sony boxes do. This leads me to suspect that US1Camera is not an authorized dealer and/or ships refurbished products.

There was only one hiccup with this order and that matter would have been resolved earlier had the company not been closed for two days past the weekend. Once the company returned to business, the issue was quickly resolved and they paid the difference between 3-day shipping and overnight shipping to get me the product quickly. I was happy to recieve what I needed just in time.

Loved this merchant, however, they do not have online tracking which I found very annoying. Had to call them to give me the tracking number. The person on the phone was very helpful and I was able to track my package.

The sales rep kept asking me to purchase additional battery which I don't think I need. Also, the order was not shipped until almost a week later. Therefore, I did not receive my order until 2 weeks after the purchase. But other than that, I am quite happy with the experience.

Great price and pleased with the products, but horrendous customer service. If all goes well with your order, you will be satisfied. If there is even the slightest problem (on their end or yours), good luck getting through to anyone and getting it resolved. My order required numerous emails and repeated phone calls to 4-5 different people, of which 1 was halfway polite and helpful. When I finally tried to cancel the order through my credit card company and go elsewhere, I got the sellers attention. The savings was not worth the headache and vast amount of personal time spent following-up on my order.

I ordered a Nikon lens from US1Photo and all went very smooth. I ordered at 10:30 a.m., it shipped the same day via their free shipping (listed as 7-10 days), and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, 3 days after order. I ordered a second lens from them today because of my first experience

I did buy my Nikon D80 camera at a good price, but not without the add ons totaling another $100 for things that added little to no value to my purchase. Pushy salesmen make this a bad place to buy. Actually i ordered this camera from another dealer and canceled it because there price was not discounted. The price at US1Camera was discounted, but then with the added JUNK, the price was actually a few dollars more than what i might have paid by most other retailers.

Did I save? To be honest, NO.
Would I buy here again? Only if i knew i could do it and get a good discounted price without having to buy the extras.

They did deliver the camera as expected with a quick delivery time.

No i do not like pushy salesmen. No i do not like the package deals, and it is a total turn off.

I wanted to buy the Nikon D300, but did not since it was advertised at one price and not available. The better version as they call it, was available at a significantly higher price.

Check it out, but buyer be aware.

The items that I purchased and the delivery date were exactly as agreed but I did not appreciate the tone of the extremely aggressive sales person I made the deal with. While the accessories he insisted I should purchase in addition to the video camera I had chosen sort of made sense, his approach of "you're an idiot if you don't buy these, too" (not a direct quote but rather the tone/vibe I got) wasn't appropriate. I'd only buy from them again if their pricing is below competition.
