have not recived the microwave that was ordered on Nov. 11 I did a followup call to be told it was not in warehouse . Got an Email telling me it is in but still no micro yet my credit card hes been charged last month so I am paying for product not yet recived. I was lead to belive at onset it would arrive in 7-10 days, hopefully it will be here soon.

Five days after I placed my order, the seller contacted me to obtain additional credit card information they said they needed to fill the order. It took them nearly five days to initiate that first attempt to contact me. In other words, I was expecting to have already received the item, and they hadn't even tried to fill it. I decided that I didn't want to do business with a company that was so slow and that hadn't set up its website to get all the information that they needed for the order in the first place. They don't seem reputable to me.

I am extremely pleased with the condition of my appliances and the delivery process. I can honestly say it was good from the start of the the entire process. Customer service could have been a little more cheerful and at least have given the appearance of wanting to make a sale. Other than that, the experience was the best. Prices were the lowest I found around and availability and selection were very good. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with them again

I ordered the appliance on line. I recieved a confirmation and shipping date via email. I called to clarify the shipping arrangement and learned that the appliance was not available. I spoke with a saleperson who explained that none of the six choices that would work for me were available yet they were on the web site. Poor way to run a business. I would never use this company.

We were told that the lead time for large appliances was 3 weeks. At 3 weeks we had had no contact so emailed for status. We received a call saying there was no known date for shipment - that the manufacturer did not know when the product would be available for shipment. We should have been told this up front - we would not have ordered it to begin with. Now we have wasted 3 weeks!

It was quick and fine. The only problem is now that we have the unit, it is broken and we have to go through the U-line service for repair. It was not damaged in shipping. This is an electrical (light not functional) problem. If purchased locally we probably could have returned it for a different unit more easily.

A single call to the company resulted in a new door ordered and a set up service call from a GE authorized repair dealer. No other actions required on my part. Good website and huge selection. Shipped quickly. However, box with microwave in it was pretty beaten-up and microwave was dented. Still worked, so rather than pack it back up and deal with exchanging it, I kept it. Had to return the built-in kit because it didn't work. Company made it very easy to return, but charged a 15% "restock" fee (I never even opened the box). Seemed excessive.
