The Worst Experience Ever!

So I purchased 11 appliances from these people.  Several of them stated on the product page that they were to ship within 1-2 days.  What they didn't tell me is that because I purchased other appliances that had no delivery date, my 1-2 day ship items wouldn't ship until the rest of the order shipped.  They never gave me a delivery date, in fact, when I sent them an email requesting one, I got a very polite email response.  It was incredibly polite, and said nothing.  It referred me to thier countless terms, conditions and policies which somehow stated somewhere that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery.

The first notice I received that the appliances were shipped was when the delivery company called to schedule the delivery.  That's when it all went really bad.

The appliances arrived 2 hours outside of the delivery window.  When the driver arrived they refused to take the appliances inside where they would be secure, but would only deliver them on the street.  Just in case you missed that part, they wanted to leave me with 11 large appliances on the street. 

When I informed them that this was simply unacceptable as I was not going to sign for anything I could not secure I got a call from US Appliance.  The agent on the phone told me I had 2 choices, either accept the appliances on the street as they were not going to bring them in, or send them back and incur a restocking fee.  I dont know what the end will be with this situation, but left with no choice, they took them back.  Seriously, would you accept 11 large appliances if the deliver company dropped them on the street???
