I put in an order almost a month before I need to receive the products. The warehouse is only an hour and a half away, and so shipping should have taken no longer than a week. On the day of the event that I needed the products, they still hadn't arrived, and when I called to find out the situation, they told me they had FORGOTTEN to ship them!!! It was awful! I had to go out that day and spend three times my originally budgeted price to buy the items retail.

Return procedure seems to be somewhat of a problem. Some Items are shipped direct from the vendor so you have no way of tracking them.

I ordered a pair of white tux shoes. Paying and processing was painless. Right before they shipped they called me and informed me that they didn't have any new pairs to sell, but they had a used pair in perfect condition. They still shipped on time, and I got the shoes, in fact, a day early.

We received excellent service, and got the product we requested in an expeditious fashion. I did have to return one item because it did not fit, but that was our fault. There was a little delay in the return,b ut it is on the way now.

Tuxedo shipped was not the tuxedo pictured online. The tuxedo advertised and the price paid was for a new tuxedo the tuxedo shipped was a used rental.

Tuxedos Online.com is a geat store. The site is easy to navigate through and the descriptions of products along with pictures is fantastic. I will gladly come back again in the future.
