When there was an error in what was ordered, I sent them an e-mail letting them know about the problem. They said I would hear back from them within 48 hours. I still have not heard back from them, and I believe I sent the message on Wednesday. (July 16). It may have even been Tuesday, July 15. Since they did not get back to me in a timely fashion, I don't believe that I will use their services again. And if I do not receive a refund for the wrong part that they sent to me, I DEFINATELY WILL NOT use their service again.

I ordered a part for a DLC 7E Cuisinart which is an old model.I had a question because the part did not work with my model. No number available to call but I sent an e-mail. Answer I received was, "I don't know why it doesn't fit your Model" No one apparently has any info on the product so I had to call Cuisinart to discuss the matter. As a comparison, I ordered various other products on the web the same day as I ordered from TotalVac.com. I received all of those products within 5 days, and have been waiting 2 weeks for my TotalVac products. It seems it took them 6 days to even fill the order.

The only two quibbles I had were with the product description and the time it took to receive the products via mail. The products were described as "fitting 13X17 baking sheets" (this was taken from the Silpat package) but were smaller than I expected. If the actual dimensions had been listed, I would have bought a different product. Also, using the "free" shipping (for purchases over $50) option, it took just over two weeks for a small cardboard box to travel from Total Vac to California, or about twice as long as I expected.

I was overall satisfied with the service, although, delivery was somewhat... slow. I do realize that it was shipped standard USPS from many miles away, and I am very impatient. I chose the USPS because I felt the rates of other shipping methods was to costly for what I was purchasing. I would, however, recommend this company to others. Thanks

Very enjoyable. The first order I placed came on time but upon receipt I realized I had ordered the wrong part. I then went back to the site and read how to return the part and reorder. the instructions were very easy. After a few days I had not yet received my return #, needed to return the wrong part, so I e-mailed customer service. Within an hour, I had received my return # and was instructed how to exchange the part. No problems!

I ordered replacement heads for an electric razor. I needed them fairly quickly to send to my husband, who is deployed in Iraq. The product and shipment were within acceptable limits. I was a little put out that the web page advertised free shipping for orders over $50.00 yet I was charged $6.95 S/H. When I e-mailed to inquire about this I was told that they do not offer free shipping to APO addresses. If this is the case, I think it should have been advertised. I doubt I would have offered my business to a company that does not offer the same services to servicemembers, serving abroad, as they do to anyone within the continental United States. Our APO addresses are still considered U.S. addresses so I do not see the need for the distinction. This is the reason that I have checked the "no" block, on using this merchant, if I had to make a similar purchase.

I really appreciate your company. I had looked everywhere for this size of bag and the only retail store that carried them was open 9 to 6 and I worked 45 minutes away from them from 9 to 6 and only got a 30 min lunch. I hadn't been able to vacumn my home for several weeks. Kudos!
