I was very impressed by the service from this retailer. I was looking for a specific item, which is no longer available, as the manufacturer has been sold. I did call them, as the item IS listed on their website, as "out of stock". The gentleman I spoke to listened, and was extremely helpful. He said he thought they might have a couple left, and he would check. He advised that if they had any, he would put them up at the web site for ordering. I logged on the next day, and sure enough, there they were! I placed an order for two of them, and received the merchandise in 2 days! Thanks what I call outstanding service! What a pleasant surprise.

My litter box was sent without the lid. I had to email twice before I received an answer. Even when they did answer I was unsure what they would do to help me. They put a UPS tracking code from the partial shipment I received. They included no note so I had no clue what they were doing to help me. I wrote the third time and then they wrote that code was for the lid. I was eventually shipped the lid so I know the company is reputable but it was not a people friendly experience.

The litter boxes I ordered are fine, but the liners are not deep enough and are messy to clean. THe liners don't really fit the litterbox as well as implied in the description online. I'll need to shop for a more sturdy, deeper liner.

I LIKE Pet Mart. They have a great selection and price range. I have not needed anything but ID tags but I have checked their other inventory. I plan on buying more from this vendor because they have wonderful customer service. I misspelled an address and contacted them. PETMART fixed it immediately. That is why I bought from them again.

I am always looking for a good deal and with online purchases, no tax and free shipping are obvious things to look for. I found the bowser bed that I wanted at a few places online, but the ppm was the cheapest even though you have to pay for shipping. this ended up being a gamble because the bed I ordered ended up being too small. the website listed 44 in and then 52 in. I currently have a bowser bed that measured less than 52 in so I assumed that I would want the 44in to match; however, after I called PPM to request an exchange, I found out that sometimes "they" measure the beds differently etc. I had to buy the larger size bed from PPM in order to avoid paying a restocking fee and yet again pay for shipping.. basically a third time (1. the first time for the wrong size, 2. the second time to return the wrong size then 3. a third time to get the right size and avoid paying a restocking fee).
