Good, prompt service. Given that I live in Scotland, UK, the goods arrived faster than I had expected. (Although made in the UK, the goods I ordered don't seem to be available here - logical!) Appreciated the fact that actual postage rates were applied, not an inflated notional rate, as some companies would have done. In fact, looked at another company, and their rates were $30. Needless to say, didn't use them! Thanks again for the good service.

I ordered 3 set of Rimowa, they send me 2 set first and charged the freight for 3 sets with no explanation. I complained, then they said it was out of stock. They said they shipped out 1 set of Rimowa today with no freight charge but I havent received it yet. However, reply was quick.

Usually when shipping itmes I get problems because my credit card is not from the US. This is a great advantage when online shopping allows residents outside the US to purchase items because not all the time you get what you want in this country.

I was shopping for a Cross Century 14k Gold Pen/Pencil set for my son's 30th birthday. I checked numerous websites and was surprised to find a set for such a remarkable price! I ordered the set over the telephone after inquiring via e-mail to be sure I was getting what I wanted. I found their salesperson very helpful and received my order precisely on time. The pen/pencil set arrived in the manufacturer's original box and in excellent condition!

Great products at great prices. They can't be beat, but their online ordering system is not on par with many other websites and needs updating. There is no order tracking or even an automated order confirmation. You click on submit,a nd just hope that your order went through and will get processed. Looks like a small business where everything is done manually rather than in an automated fashion. But still highly recommended site for those items that are hard to find and at good prices.

Shopping at "The Best Things" was a great experience. I received a superior product at a great price, shipped quickly with great packaging to protect this high $ item.
