Shopping for a Casio EX-Z850, I was wary at first given how low the prices are; it seemed to good to be true, and there are so many "back of the truck" online camera operations out there. I placed my order on Sept 13. They immediately sent an online confirmation after I placed the order, and quickly followed that with a shipping notice and USPS tracking number. Three days later, I received the package - new, in the box, everything delivered as promised!

My only wish is for Techtoysforless.com to carry more items. I will definitely shop with them again, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a credible online source for electronics at a really great price!

My order arrived by UPS in excellent condition and on time. UPS required my signature which pleased me insomuch as I live on a corner and leaving packages on the stoop concerns me regarding theft. I was advised by TechToys that one item would be shipped separately and it was. It arrived the very same day by regular USPS. After dealing with places that claim to have lower prices and then sell cameras without the include items in the box and then jack up the price to include them or sell you cheaper lens as better but sell them to you for more or call back to get you to buy more and tell you the packages don't include essentials or objects that don't really go with your camera, techtoys was honest and in the long run the best deal in town.

Over ten days after ordering the items I have not received them. The post office indicate that the items were not sent as yet. The credit card company has already paid the charges. Any attempts to contact the TechToysForLess by pnone were not succesfull. Both the 1-800 and local phone numbers were providing only prerecorded messages. An e-mail response to my concerns was unsatisfactory and was not followed by an action.

The Casio Exilim camera I purchased was brand new in factory packaging but had a manufacturer defect so I had to return it to TechToysForLess for a replacement. They shipped out a new unit to me the same day they received the defective unit I returned. Top notch service. My only complaint with the experience is the cost of return shipping partly nullified the savings in original purchase price. However I still came out ahead of the game - this is not a complaint against TechToysForLess so much as a quality control complaint against Casio.
