Techonweb itself is pretty good, never had problems with them and they sent a few confirmation emails quickly. The problem is the shipment company. If it is AIT, beware to go through tons of trouble before you can get your product delivered. Below is my personal experience for your reference.

I chose to use UPS, but somehow my product is assigned to be shipped by AIT, which I have never heard of in the first place. Estimated delivery date showed online is september 28th. Considering its only 4 days from the time I placed the order, its pretty good. My order has not come on the 28th. I phoned them, and they couldn't find my order info. in their system. They had me leave my name and phone number and promised to call me back. However, they never called. With great dissapointment I called again the next day finding that they dont work on weekend. Stressfully I called again on Tues asking why hasn't my product been delivered yet, and I was told they don't have my phone #. With great suspicion, I still accepted the lie. Eager to get my product, but busy on wed and they couldn't deliver on Tues, I scheduled it to be delivered on Thurs, Oct 4th at 4pm. At the end of the conversation I repeat the date and time to confirm it once more. Not to mention, the service, the tone, and the alltitude was indeed intimidating. Nontheless, I decided to forget all the unhappyness and focus my thought on Thurs. After 2 days, after seeing an abundant amount of UPS and Fedex trucks roaming the city, I welcomed Thurs like a little kid. After getting out of class at 1pm, I almost immediately received a call, "The driver has gone to your house and nobody is there." I explained to her that I scheduled it at 4pm. Then she said that she doesn't know who told me that and there is no such thing to schedule a specific time. Her tone was very arrogant. After serveral minutes of argument, the name of the person who I talked to last time actually slipped out of her mouth. I questioned her that she indeed knows who I set up the schedule with. With a few second of pauses she went on to talk about other things. The outcome of the conversation is 1, I can not go home in 5 min to pick up the product because the driver just left; 2. completely intimidated 3. she will call me back to reschedule a delivery date for NEXT week. After waiting anxiously for two and half hour, I decided to take control of the situation and call her back. When I reached her and right after I explained who I am, she answered me with "hello? hello?" and hang up the phone. I decided to call again, but with a little altitude of my own this time. Before I could say anything, she insist that the connection was magically disconnected. I suggested serveral ways on how I can receive the order today, instead of next week, only find her intimate me more. I decided not wait for next week but to drive a 45min drive to their office myself since they do not deliver to the post office neither. Last thing I was told is that I can not picked it up today even though they are open to pick up until 8pm and the truck finish delivering at 5pm. With all the troubles I went through, I'm wondering to myself will I get anymore troubles and intimidations when I drive there to see them in person tommorow. If I can get it tommorrow by driving 45min, then i'm looking at a 11days shipment, if not i'm looking at at least 14 days shipment.
