i had ordered an item that was on back order. i got an email saying that the backorder item was sent, although when i tried to track it, i got a notice saying that there was no information on the order. i havent been able to track the order. i was able to track the first part of the order, though.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Overall satisfactory. But not happy for being a loyal and regular customer. As I do not enjoy any special discount. Given a discount voucher after every purchase but NEVER get to use as it expire before I place my next order. Quite piss about this!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I find it astounding that 2 orders placed within minutes of each other could not be combined. The email I sent was useless. I have been able to combine orders at other sites. It's unfortunate that the customer care cannot handle this sort of issue. I still have not received the first order I placed. Not exactly what I'd call GOOD service.
