Their web page was extremely easy to use. The shipping was free and fast. Usually free shipping means the cheapest and slowest means available, but not in this case. I would definately continue to use this vendor.

Software Media subsituted the product I ordered with another product without notfication. THe product they subsituted did not have manuals with it for which I had to call to get. So I could not use the product until I received the manual, which took 2 weeks to get.

Everything as advertised. I'd purchase from them again. My only complaint was having to leave phone messages for Customer Service questions. They always called back and were knowlegeable, but it delayed the process somewhat.

I ordered Works Suite 2004 (Retail) and received the OEM Version. After returning the OEM Version, I received another OEM Version. Customer Service finally admitted that, even though the product was in stock, they wouldn't sell it to me at the ordered and accepted price of $59.95. They said that they couldn't find a supplier that would sell them the product cheap enough to allow them to sell the product to me at the contractual price. They told me to accept the OEM version, or cancel the order. Sounds like bait and switch to me.

This company likes to play bait and switch. I order SQL server from company. They shipped me Exchange server instead. When I tried to return the product and have them ship me the correct product they told me that SQL Server had gone up in price and that I would have to pay more if I wanted the product.
