I feel totally cheated.  Shopping.com listed Shoplet's price as being the price including shipping and tax.  when I went to buy the product i was charged $13 in shipping and tax in addition.  I called shoplet and they would not stand by this claim.  they said it was shopping.com's problem.  Won't be shopping there anymore.

This site was fairly easy to navigate in, I am noticing, while looking through the catalog sent, that you do not carry the ink cartridges we need. But your pricing is very reasonable and we will be using your company more.

I ordered these stackable letter trays (53206). Your site said they were in stock and after I placed the order found out that they had been discontinued. Of course I have tried to purchase from two other online sources with similar results so I have gave up and will get something else. I wanted to match something that I already had.

I ordered a combination lock about 1:30 PM on Thursday and it was delivered to my door about 1:40 PM Friday, the next day. I was very suprised as I had selected the cheapest shipping avaliable.

Nightmare from the beginning, I sent 2 emails before I received one response.  Half of my order was sent to another person in another city and then they ask me which item I received.  I should have responded and said the one that UPS said they delivered to me and not the one UPS said they delivered to someone else.  Very slow communication, I sent 2 emails to get 1 response.  They should have a phone number to contact about missing items or issues instead of sending an email and waiting 2 days to get a response.

I received half my order 3 days late and I still haven't received the rest of my order. It also took them 3 days to respond to my requests to try and find out what happened with my order, I still don't know what happened with the second half of my order. According to the tracking I refused one order last Friday that never came to my house and that someone signed for the second part of my order in another town in my state? So I don't really know what to think of them, the prices seem good, but if you don't get the products, I'm not sure it's the best deal.

Delivery is normally next day, and the free shipping over $45 is a decision maker to use this web-site. Search portion has improved, I used to enter the product number from previous invoices to remove frustration, but seems better now. Survey was not clear, I thought the Merchant Rating was a legend for following questions since it wasn't numbered.

I was having trouble finding this product (rotary trimmer blades) in stock at other stores and am very pleased with this company.  The item was shipped in a timely manner, the product works great, and the communication was great which is really important to me.

Very disapointing, I was happy to finally find a vendor for this product. I had to go through avery to do so. I place my order they accept the order then a few days later cancel it due to the vendors export guidelines. i am very disapointed.

       This was my first shopping experience with Shoplet's Online store, and my experience could not have went any better.  I found the website at the bottom of a page I was looking at on ebay.  The link directed me to Shoplet.com's online store.  I ran a search on their website for the product I was looking for. 
       I found the website very easy to use and informative.  When I had finished shopping, I proceeded to the checkout part of the transaction.  I thought checkout was very easy to understand and I had no problems checking out.  Two days later, my bucket arrived in great condition.  It was exactly what was described on the website, and exactly what I was looking for.  The speedy delivery was unbelievable. 
       I will definitely look to Shoplet for office purchases in the future and won't hesitate to recommend Shoplet to other friends and family members or business acquaintances.  Thnak you so much.

I have never received my entire order that was placed on August 5, 2009.  This despite numerous phone calls and emails trying to get the issue resolved.  

Shoplet made a mistake and shipped me items that were not ordered and apparently can't figure out what they have done and therefore has never completed my original order. 

Needless to say I will go elsewhere for future purchases and would never recommend Shoplet to anyone.
