I recently ordered bulk freezer bags (one each: gallon and quart size) from shoplet.com and got a confirmation email with order # and a link for instant online tracking.
I got the quart size in a very timely manner but no gallon size and no further emails. So I clicked the link in the original email to check the 'instant tracking' which leads you back to their site where you log in and all you see is a link IF you got your complete order and since I didn't there is no link there to check tracking any where.
After waiting another week I called customer service on the telephone to let them know that I still hadn't gotten part of my order and was put on hold for a moment. The Customer Service rep came back to the phone and said he'd look into it and send me an email the next morning.
That was a week ago....I'm still waiting.
This makes a great Internet shopping scam...it is the second time it has happened to me. Since the money is paid up front they have the money and only send part of the order and so the extra money goes into their pockets. And
frankly I don't know what options are open to me other than complaining. So I am.
Update: This happened to me a long time ago. They never did send the gallon size freezer bags which were the most expensive item and I had already paid postage on both the quart and gallon size. So they made out well and I had to purchase elsewhere. I've never done business with them since and I have no plans to ever go to their site again. Good luck shoppers!
