The delivery time was much too long. I have ordered lighting before at other sites and receive merchandise much quicker. Lamp shades were not delivered with the lamps. when I called they said they forgot to send the shades and would and then the next day FEDEX delivered the shades. Every time I called I would have to explain my problem all over again to a different person.
When told the lamp shades error would be corrected they did not even offer my any type of express shipping. luckily the error ended up being FEDEX and shades arrived the next day. I called and told the company so they would not mail out double shades.
In conclusion, just too much confusion and way too long deliver time.

I have already written a note to complain and have gotten no response. The lamp I ordered was supposed to be yellow as stated in description and it is "gold". I'm not happy with it and when I tried to return it I understand that I have to pay the shipping back to you and that made me unhappy again. The cost of lamp was $79. and it will cost me $40. to return it so that is a silly thing for me to do and still have no lamp. I still have it all packed and ready to ship back but now I feel stuck with it. Bottom line, Your return policy is awful. I will never buy on line again and tell my friends about this experience with ShopTableLamps.com.

We bought two matching lamps with crackle bases which we loved but we hated the shades. They were too dark for our apartment and we wanted to return them. The company said they would take them back but would not give us a credit or change the shade. We paid $160 for each lamp and now we have to replace the shades, which will cost us more. It's a shame. I love the quality of the shade and would prefer a different color shade of the same quality. Too bad. I won't ever shop with them again. This was a purchase of close to $400.00

The website was attractive and user friendly. I especially liked that you could narrow down your search by clicking on different categories. Although there was a delay in filling my order, I apppreciated that the company sent me a notification card. Perhaps they can add a feature to their website that tells you that the product is currently out of stock at the time you are making your purchase. Tracking the delivery date of my package was also very easy.

I sent an e-mail requesting an adjustment on our bill as one of the lamps (bedroom) has a defective 3-way swith, only 2 work. I asked for an adjustment as I didn't want to return for a minor defect. 2 in our household have medical disabilities and winter weather makes getting around difficult. I am an avid online shopper. when researched my lamp at shoptablelamps.com, I was very impressed with the quality of the website. This is why chose them. Still, customer service was terrible. I had to call back over 5 times within a week. The high number of calls were due to getting the round aroung about the status of my lamp. I did not get any concrete help until I threaten to I go to another website for the lamp. Will never do business with them again!!!

The order took longer to receive than I expected. Packaging was poor and one glass panel was broken. There was confusion regarding my replacement request which included a phone call to my home. It has been more than two weeks and I still have not received my replacement panel. I would not purchasing anything more from this company because of their poor service.
