I've gotten some nice jewelry items from ShopNBC but they do not have any customer service to speak of. If you have find yourself having to call the number for "customer service," be prepared to be disappointed...even upset. No one at this company cares about your problems, and they won't do much, if anything at all, to help solve them.
Returning large items is extremely difficult even if they are defective or broken when they are delivered to you, and they will continue to charge your credit card for things even after you've explained the situation to them. I have not experienced a time where ShopNBC has taken responsibility for making a mistake, apologized, and fixed a problem to my satisfaction...and I'm not that hard to please.
I'm most upset now because there is no way to get a new power adapter for the $1400 Protron LCD television that I bought earlier this year. It nearly caught on fire yesterday evening, and Protron will not replace the adapter. They talk on television about how fabulous the service is...well, no, it's not.
Just skip it. Don't buy their televisions in the first place. Why take a chance? I hope I've saved someone some time, money, and aggravation....Happy New Year!!
