I would never order from ShopNBC again.  I had no problems ordering products from them or having them delivered.  The products were not damaged in any way.  However, one item was a Protron LCD television which stopped working 2yrs after purchase.  The 2yr warantee had just expired.  I took the television to a local repair shop who after two weeks of research determined that no repair parts are available since Protron has folded.  This is illegal not to provide repair parts for a period of fifteen years after purchase...but ShopNBC offered no help.  Also, I purchased a color printer from them.  There was supposed to be a rebate with the printer.  When I mailed in the rebate, it was denied because the area of the country they were televising from was in a different time zone, so when I ordered it was 12:00 Eastern Time Zone but they were one hour behind so the rebate was no good since it only applied to the one day.  When I contacted them they refused to honor their rebate.  I would never ever order from this company again.  Maybe I just had bad luck, but in my opinion, they use shady selling practices and feature inferior products which they do not stand behind.
