I am incredibly disappointed in Select Blinds! I paid $750 for 5 roman shades that took 3 weeks to receive, but my credit card was billed the same day I ordered them of course. When they got to my house I loved the color and was really excited to hang them. When I started to hang them I realized they were cut to the wrong measurements! Not one of them was correct. The material has a weave to it and the blind was cut at a slant with the material! The lining was GLUED to the shade and poorly glued at that (as if glue is acceptable here.)! I promptly called to let them know how dissatisfied I was and that I was seeking a refund. The first lady I talked to was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, she told me I would receive an email from the returns department with an RA# within 24 hours. After the time came and went I called again. This lady was very pleasant and even sympathized with me telling me she would send an urgent notice to the returns department. Still no RA#. I called again and reached a disgusting man who yelled at me and said I need to be more patient, that they were back logged. I cannot receive a refund, that by the sounds of things isn't coming either, until I get the RA# which I still have not gotten. I am having to try and do a dispute with my credit car to receive the money. I wish I would have read these reviews first, I could have saved myself the trouble.
