I only wish it were possible for everyone in the United States to read this...We have been without heat since December 23, 2008 (except for about two hours!!!!)...Your Tech (and I hate to use that word) has been out at least 3 times and installed a new blower motor (which only worked for those 2 hours)--Ordered another motor and it arrived 01/14/09 but your scheduling people say it can not be installed until 01/16/09-WHY??? It only takes about 20 minutes..we have had no heat for almost a month and my 84 year old mother-in-law lives with us..I have called and called and called and only get the run around..I am very seriously considering getting a lawyer and/or picketing your local store....no way would I ever recommend any sears related product or service...I realize that either someone is getting a good laugh at this or it is being read with such indifference that Mother Teresa is turning in her grave...Thanks for nothing except the pleasure of freezing (temperature tonight-2 degrees)...I could write a book about the shoddy treatment my wife and I have received but I've got to go buy another space heater (to go with the 14 we are now using - the Power Company loves us - they will probably send Sears a big thank you card.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Bill Layne - a very, very, unhappy former Sears Customer.....Laynebill@hotmail.com
