The best on-line store ever!!!
I ordered a winter "Snow Suit with Bib Overall Snow Pants" for my baby. Sears had it on-sale for half price and they were offering free shipping - so it was the best offer I have found on-line and in stores.
The order should be shipped in 5 days, but it was delayed. I really did not care too much, because it's not even winter yet, and I could wait a little bit longer with no problem! But in two days I received an e-mail from customer service with apologies and promise, that they ship my order the next day via UPS Next Day Air at their expense and due to the inconvenience, they send me a $25 gift card!!!
I have received my package the next day, and in couple more days - the gift card! So, for just couple more days of waiting - I received my order almost for free + beautiful customer service!!!
I'm very happy with this shopping experience and highly recommend this amazing store to everybody! I really believe that every store should work this way!!!
PS: If you can not afford to spend all your salary on clothes, but like to be dressed nice - I would recommend to check time to time Sears Outlet Store! I don't know any store who can beat their prices!!!
